The Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) of Havana, Cuba has the pleasure to organize the 11th edition of the Tick and Tick-Borne Pathogen Conference and in this occasion joined to the 3rd edition of the “BioTicks” Congress.
TTP Conference is one of the most important conventions in the world devoted to taxonomy and evolution of ticks and tick – borne pathogens, their ecology and epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and strategies for their control including immunity and vaccines among others. It used to be organized every three years, but in this occasion it will take place just two years after the TTP10 was held. On the other hand, BioTicks 2024 belongs to the Congress series organized by the CIGB each year related to different topics that are relevant for CIGB researches. Bioticks which had its first edition in 2019 and the second in 2022 is devoted to all topics related to ticks with emphasis in their control. It will be regularized each two years and so we will have its next edition in 2024. During six days, you will have the opportunity to share top science and enjoy a very beautiful tropical environment with awesome and friendliest people in an itinerant meeting traveling from the Havana city to the Varadero beach.

All submitted abstracts will be analyzed by a Scientific Committee for selecting them either as oral or poster presentation. The text of the abstract should not exceed 300 words. Abstracts may be presented in English and will be published as an Abstract Book.

The inscriptions can only be managed through the electronic form. Fill in the fields that are requested and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration. The registration will be confirmed at the moment that a copy of the bank transfer is received. Once the registration has been formalized, you will be sent an email with the confirmation of registration.
