WELCOME
The Center of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) is pleased to announce the IV International Symposium Cancer 2023 to be held at the Selectum Family Resort Hotel, Varadero, Cuba, from September 15 to 19, 2023.
This four-day event will bring together basic scientists, medicinal chemists, pharmacologists, biotechnologists, clinical investigators, and other allied professionals from around the world, interested in the fields of cancer pathogenesis and new targeted therapies development. The meeting will be an excellent opportunity to expose the translational nature of modern biomedical and pharmaceutical research. Within the event, we will dedicate special attention to antiangiogenic passive and active immunotherapeutic strategies and also to the combinations emerging in this field, particularly with checkpoint inhibitors.

Abstracts for Oral Presentations
Abstracts for Oral Presentations must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words. Abstracts should be emailed to the organizers like a Short Report as follows:
Arial 11 pt font and single line spacing
Title: 100 characters (not including spaces). Bold
Authors: 110 Characters (not including spaces). Only Last Name, followed by initials, in italics (Perez, C)
Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city, and country.
Body: single paragraph no more than 1500 characters long (including spaces). Text alignment should be justified.
Do not include Tables, figures or Graphs.
Email address of the presenting author is required.
