The Heberprot-P® application becomes the Comprehensive Care Program for Diabetic Foot Ulcer Patients and is extended to all municipalities in the country.

The Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) and the Ministry of Public Health of Cuba initiate the Comprehensive Care Program for the Patient with Diabetic Foot Ulcer with the use of Heberprot-P®, to extend its application to all the municipalities of Cuba.
