Instructions for sending abstracts for oral presentations

  1. Number of words: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words
  2. Fonts: Calibri 10 pts. Font and single line spacing
  3. Title: 30 characters (not including spaces) and bold
  4. Authors: Only last name, followed by space and initials (e. g., Valdés R1,). The number of authors is not limited, and the princpal author should be differentiated.
  5. Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city, and country.
  6. Title alignment: Centered
  7. Author list aligment: Centered
  8. Author affiliation aligment: Justified
  9. Abstract text aligment: Justified
  10. Tables, figures and graphics: Do not include tables, figures and graphics
  11. Contact: Email address of the presenting author is required; this information should appear below the abstract
  12. Language: English
  13. Abstract submission deadline: 30th April, 2021
Registration

On line registration through our web site is a simple process , before you receive final confirmation:

  1. Registration Review: You should be able to obtain at that moment a summary for the final charge per person, as well as the total to be paid.
  2. Personal Information: You should fill out personal information (Name, Last name, e-mail address, etc)
  3. Payment: Will be carry out by credit card. We use SSL system.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive by electronic e-mail confirmation with all the details of the participants and services included.

The registration fee includes
  1. Registration fees ensures access to all Symposium sessions, the printed program, the abstract book, the Attendance and Speaker / Poster certificates, the use of the audiovisual media, the coffee breaks during the Congress days, as well as the right to participate in other scientific collateral and social activities such as the Welcome and the Farewell Cocktails.
  2. Individuals who pay and attend as an Accompanying Person will only have access to the Welcome and the Farewell Cocktails.
  3. Accompanying persons who pay their registration fee will not have the same admission rights as the Congress delegates.
Registration condition

Solways Cuba is the web travel agent for the 2nd International Congress on Biotechnological Product Manufacturing and Regulatory Issues in collaboration with the Organizing Committe of the event. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by fax (53 7 204 5956) or e-mail to info@solwayscuba.com  Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Payment condition
  1. All registrations require prepayment.
  2. Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in USD. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.
  3. The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to eventos@solways.com Once you have paid for your registration, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation of registration

Devolution it will be to the same credit card that you made a payment, except 15% of total amount for administration fees.
